Max Healthcare recognized as a “Great Place to Work” – Sangri Today

National: Adding yet another feather to its cap, Max Healthcare Institute Limited, one of India’s largest private healthcare hospital networks, has been awarded the highly prestigious Great Place to Work® Institute certification.

Great Place to Work is a leading global authority on workplace culture. The Great Place to Work Trust (GPTW) Index Employee Survey is the world’s most widely used model for understanding employees’ perceptions of their workplace and is an extremely difficult and estimated certification to earn for an organization. This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, company values ​​and leadership.

Randomly selected employees from all departments and at all levels of the hierarchy had recently taken part in an online survey. Employees were encouraged to share their opinion of the organization in an anonymous forum. As part of this assessment, our employees’ perceptions were measured using the GPTW Trust Index Employee Survey, and the organization’s culture of differentiation was understood using the Culture Brief and Culture Audit.

Max Healthcare has been at the forefront of taking multiple employee-friendly initiatives as part of its ever-evolving practices. Their continued focus on employee well-being throughout the pandemic as part of the ongoing “Care for Caregivers” initiative in which they ensured the safety of their employees and their families by providing a residential facility to all employees caring for our patients during the height of the pandemic. They were also among the first organizations to vaccinate all HCWs (health care workers) against Covid. Also, a diverse organization in which 48% of its workforce is female and there is no gender pay gap.
